In the heart of the Parisian left bank, in a literary and artistic environment, you will be lodged in a double room for 7 nights. The workshop of Joel Robochon will prepare you a gastronomical breakfast. each morning. During a well-being session, you will savor the joys of a massage in your room. Then you will participate to two culinary training courses orchestrated by a chef/dietician who will take you to a trip approaching the extremities of exceptional French gastronomy. This will be followed by arelaxation course guided by your coach, a visit with an artistand the creation of your own work of art.
