Three 50 minute massages will complete your well-being. The visit of the castle Lynch Bages with a sampling of aged wines, the discovery of a contemporary art exhibition, and an initiation to wood-painting are also on the program. The Saturday

Arrival in early afternoon in the heart of Medoc. Wrapped in vineyards at the entry of Pauillac, the beautiful 18th century Carthusian monastery with its blond stones opens its doors to you. Take the time to install yourself. Then you are invited to the restaurant of the hotel, for a dinner for which only Thierry Marx has the secret.

The Sunday

After a peaceful night, you will join your sports coach for a course in relaxation intended to improve your well-being. With the body and mind completely relaxed, you will take place at the restaurant of the hotel for a gastronomic meal. After lunch, you will have three hour of watercolor outside in the medoc, privileged place for inspiration and meditation. Mr Joyeux will have the honor to transmit her talent and guide you to making wonders. You can keep your painting. The other half of the group may do as it likes, and then in late afternoon, benefit of a Swedish massage during 50 minutes (traditional occidental massage) with relaxing oils. Rendez-vous in the evening around a table specially prepared by Thierry Marx for an aromatic journey.

The Monday

In the morning, visit and discovery of the castle Lynch Bages with tasting red wine. After a well deserved lunch in the castle Ormes de Pez, your guide will take you to Carcans to visit the natural reserve of Cousseau Pond which contains the principal natural elements one may meet in the Moors of Gascogne : forests, dunes, et swamps. Laurenne, enthusiastic admirer of the site will be pleased to make you discover the fauna and flora, so that you will become aware of the fragility of this ecosystem. and then in late afternoon, benefit of a Swedish massage during 50 minutes (traditional occidental massage) with relaxing oils.Dinner at the restaurant “Relais de Margaux”

The Tuesday

After lunch, you will have three hour of watercolor outside in the medoc to perfect your art, privileged place for inspiration and meditation. Mr Joyeux will have the honor to transmit her talent and guide you to making wonders. Afterwards, you will go to Bordeaux to discover this magnificent city which is registered in the UNESCO heritage list.In late afternoon, you will return to your hotel where part of the group will receive a 45 minute facial massage: naplai: facial cleansing with oils and herbs. Then you will go to the restaurant of the hotel. The other members of the group may stay and dine at Bordeaux or go back to the hotel.

The Wednesday

The day begins with a visit to a great vintage classified in 1855, the domain of Lynch Bages. In a felt-like and cordial atmosphere, after visiting the fields, you will taste two exceptional dates of wine, and a surprise will be awaiting! Returning to the hotel, you will have lunch and share your impressionsThe afternoon is open for part of the group while the others benefit of a Naplai facial massage.Dinner is served at the hotel.

The Thursday

After a soft awakening, you will be going to discover the largest estuary of Europe, the Gironde and its islands: Patiras, Nouvelle, Philippe, Verte, and Paté…by boat.Lunch is served at the hotel and the afternoon is open.Part of the group will receive Asian foot massages lasting about an hour in late afternoon.Dinner is booked at the hotel.

The Friday

With all the crew of Thierry Marx and a dietician, you will have the privilege of taking a cooking course in the hotel’s kitchen.You will also taste wine with explanations by the wine butler.In late afternoon, there will be a session of relaxation exercises at the hotel. For those who have not yet received their Asian foot massage, this is the moment. It lasts about one hour.Dinner is served at the hotel.
