To stay in the Provencal spirit, you will have the leisure to take part in a class of lace-makingor Christmas figurines. Afterwards, in order to begin a true work of relaxation, your sports coach will propose two classes in the gardensof the Provencal farmhouse. Your program :

neorizons is based on an assemblage of components in which each activity has its importance. Nevertheless, you are completely free to live your vacation according to your wishes. Everything is organized .Every care will be taken to assure that you will have the time to appreciate your surroundings.

Preambule : In order to take back home the recipes, treatments and other notions that will help you to keep your equilibrium all year, it is recommended to take notes.

The Saturday

You will be arriving at the bed and breakfast Saturday in the early afternoon. The owners will welcome you to a prestigious 15th century mas which was the hunting lodge of King Réné of Tarascon. Situated in the heart of Provence, near the Alpilles and Camargue, you will appreciate its reposing and convivial atmosphere. Once installed, you can wander around the park or relax at the exterior swimming pool with a cocktail.

The Sunday

Sunday morning, after a delicious breakfast, you will be driven to Arles, to visit Nadine de Turquin who will share some of her cooking secrets. She will be waiting for you in the morning to accompagny you to the local market to discover regional products. Cyril Desfete, your nutrition coach, will also be there to explain the basics of good nutrition. Because cooking is made to be shared, you will taste your culinary creations together around a nice table. Sunday afternoon you are free. But we strongly suggest to stay and discover the beauty and the mystery of Arles. Your next appointment is at 8 P.M. at the bed and breakfast for dinner.

The Monday

Monday morning : Cyril Desfete who is also yor sports coach, will be waiting for you in the park for your first session of shaping up and relaxation among the trees.
Length of time : One hour and a half. Weather permitting, your lunch will be served outside. Then to assure your well-being, a team of professional masseurs will take care of you. In the afternoon, you can choose between a visit of King Réné’s mythical castle abounding in legends, or a discovery class on the fabrication of boutis and Christmas crib figures. The class lasts all afternoon.

The Tuesday

Tuesday morning, after breakfast at the mas, neorizons proposes to meet again with Nadine de Turquin for a new culinary experience. Accompanied by your nutritionist, you will go to the market, and then to the kitchen. Evasion and conviviality are garanteed during the meal. Afternoon open.

The Wednesday

Wednesday morning, after breakfast you will meet Cyril for a new sports class about 10 A.M. At noon, the meal will be served outside. To prolong your peaceful state of mind, the massage team will be there about 1 P.M. In the afternoon, you will be discovering an olive orchard and the making of olive oil. A guide at the domain of Servan de Tarascon will be waitng for you at 2 P.M. for a visit and a conference on the making of biological olive oil which can be procured on the spot.

The Thursday

Thursday, in early aftrnoon, you will be desambulating on a nature trail with your guide where you will encounter 4 look-out posts(observatories) on camarguais swamps then 2 platforms of observation on the reed bed of Vaccarès. The goal of this nature outing is the discovery and initiation of environmental protection. The information center of the Camargue reserve proposes an exhibition on the nature cycles. By discovering our ecosystem, we learn to love and respect nature. Neorizons then proposes to meet again with the massage team to relax before dinner.
